I know you are tired of hearing me say it. But I am a BIG FAN of a senior session that is customized to you! You aren’t showing up for the annual family Christmas card. This is a once in a lifetime, all about you moment that celebrates all you have accomplished in the 18 years of becoming you. And I want to make your senior session count!
Mary Blair did a fantastic job of making her senior session count by including sentimental locations and elements of both her childhood and high school experience. From the playground she grew up going to with her grandfather to the tree in her front yard that has marked her milestones for many years, to one of her favorite spots on campus and the field that she joins her team for Lacrosse games. Every location held sentimental value for Mary Blair.
I love how playful and fun Mary Blair’s first outfit is. It was the perfect outfit for a photoshoot with a playground in the background. I could just imagine 5 year old Mary Blair with hair flying and red tennis shoes running across the playground.
This tree in her front yard that has been the backdrop to an entire lifetime. From 1st Day of School to Halloween costumes and school dances, her entire life has happened beneath this tree. Talk about making your senior session count!
Once leaving Mary Blair’s neighborhood haunts we headed to Darlington’s campus. A sentimental session much include the iconic house on the hill portraits and Swan lake. Luckily the swans weren’t actually around because they actually do not act as pretty as they look!
